As our Admin Assistant, you’d be providing essential support to all of our teams (Buying, Merchandising, Wholesale, Marketing and eCommerce) via a wide variety of tasks, including:

  • Raising purchase orders promptly and accurately, following the order process from authorisation to delivery, communicating any issues to Buyer
  • Arranging product testing and keeping product sheets accurate and up to date
  • Managing the company’s packaging stocks, proposing reorders to ensure we have enough to fulfil requirements and achieve favourable pricing
  • Managing receipt of samples into the business and approval process with AB/Buyer, providing feedback to suppliers and keeping our sample library organised
  • Preparing samples for sample sales, external meetings, trade shows and photoshoots
  • Going on competitor store visits and inspiration shops, keeping up to date with industry developments including competitor plans and performance
  • Supporting the marketing team with content creation, arranging competitions, PR and influencer gifting

Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
