Your day to day:
The purpose of the Digital and ZTO team is to harness the capaibility of digital and automative technologies to support the assurance of our networks across all opcos in Europe. In doing so we will fix faults more quickly, simply, and therefore with less cost than before.
The role holder will play a key role in the successful delivery of our software portfolio, working closely with product managers to drive performance through definition of key metrics and success criteria for working software. The role holder will ensure the efficient delivery of the teams by defining and upholding compliance to agile standards, and delivery cadence as measured in Azure DevOps. Doing so is crucial to the success of our delivery organisation, which will become increasingly central to VNO strategy as the focus on digital solutions continues to grow industry wide.

- Digital Strategy
- Inputting into KPI strategy for the VNO digital & ZTO team.
- Defining of new standards and KPIs
- Driving performance across the department.
- Creating material to promote the department to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Working within Azure DevOps to create KPIs
- Governance framework
- Implementation of governance framework of key stakeholder meetings and steercos
- POC for key departments outside of VNO
- Preparation of material to drive agenda.
- Accountability for actions register.
- Drive consistency, and promote use of agile toolsets across the department
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- At least two years experience in data analysis and/or KPI creation and measurement
- Experience in a telecoms, or software development company.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and able to present data to varied audiences including senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a SAFe/Agile environment
- Some experience of using Azure DevOps is preferable.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks, eg SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
