We are hiring in Poland to scale our developing team for creating new exciting products.
About you:
- At least 5 years of experience developing backend components in Python and Java
- SQL databases;
- Docker/Kubernetes;
- Solid OOP skills;
- Git, unit testing, debugging, and profiling;
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery;
- Experience in creating modern APIs;
- Nice to have some experience with AWS and MLOPS.
- Able to efficiently debug and troubleshoot across the entire tech stack;
- Deep understanding of microservice architectures, resiliency, high availability, scalability and security;
- Passion for solving challenging technical problems;
- Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.

Our recruitment process:
- Initial call with a manager (60 minutes)
- Tech interview + live coding (90 minutes)
- Organization fit interview with the CTO and the CEO (30 minutes each)
