We are hiring in Poland to scale our developing team for creating new exciting products.

About you:

  • At least 5 years of experience developing backend components in Python and Java
  • SQL databases;
  • Docker/Kubernetes;
  • Solid OOP skills;
  • Git, unit testing, debugging, and profiling;
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery;
  • Experience in creating modern APIs;
  • Nice to have some experience with AWS and MLOPS.
  • Able to efficiently debug and troubleshoot across the entire tech stack;
  • Deep understanding of microservice architectures, resiliency, high availability, scalability and security;
  • Passion for solving challenging technical problems;
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.

Our recruitment process:

  • Initial call with a manager (60 minutes)
  • Tech interview + live coding (90 minutes)
  • Organization fit interview with the CTO and the CEO (30 minutes each)
